An award-winning journalist and founder of Carvd N Stone, she leads a national brand focused on original, positive storytelling. Through her work, she has launched scholarship programs, awarded funding to emerging journalists, and created opportunities that support the next generation of media professionals.

Dawn Montgomery serves as Secretary of the Carvd N Stone Foundation, bringing over two decades of experience in media, culture, and brand strategy. A former Chief Brand Officer at The Atlanta Voice and Culture Critic for Black Press USA, she supports organizational leadership while advancing impactful storytelling and community engagement nationwide.

Treasurer

Latonya Fourte Lyles serves as Treasurer of the Carvd N Stone Foundation, bringing over two decades of experience in supplier diversity, financial management, and community impact. As Assistant Director of Supplier Diversity at Northwestern Mutual and Managing Partner of SpotzCity, LLC, she drives strategies that create economic opportunities for diverse communities.

Head Marketer

Sanmitra Iwanski serves as Head Marketer for the Carvd N Stone Foundation, bringing deep expertise in strategy, branding, and audience engagement. Passionate about disruption as a driver of innovation, she thrives on turning bold ideas into impactful campaigns. As VP of Content and Engagement at Grey Matter Marketing, she leads storytelling that sparks connection and growth.
